Ingredients for making Shahi Paneer Masala

Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon - tsp
Salt - as per taste
Garam Masala - 1/4 teaspoon - tsp

Ghee - 1/2 cup
Amul Butter - 1/4 cup

Shahi Paneer Recipe

First take bhagoni or Embroidery and fill it with half a liter of water and heat it.

First, cut an onion into four parts, take out the duntal portion of the sliced ​​onion pieces.

Now add chopped onions and magaz, peanuts, cashew nuts in bhagoni or Embroidery and cook on medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes.

Now take the pan and heat ghee in it. When the ghee becomes slightly hot, add whole garam masala and cumin and fry for a few seconds.

Then add chopped onions and fry them till they turn lightly browned, when the onions start to brown lightly, add grinded green chillies and fry for 30 to 40 seconds, immediately add garlic ginger paste and fry until light brown.
