Kadhai Paneer Ingredients

Onions - 4 pieces - peeled
Tomato - 4 pieces

Magaz and groundnut seeds, cashew - 1 cup
Garlic Ginger Paste - 2 tsp
Whole garam masala - 2 bay leaves, 2-3 black pepper, 2-3 cloves, 1 black cardamom, 1-2 green cardamom
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon - tsp
Red chili powder - 1-2 tsp - tsp
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon - tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp -tsp
Salt - as per taste
Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon - tsp
Kadhai Paneer Masala - 1 teaspoon - tsp
Capsicum - 2 pieces
Paneer - 250 grams - cut into size pieces thick.
Cooking Oil - 1 cup

How to make Kadhai Paneer Masala

First heat half a liter of water in a bhagoni or kadhai.

Now take three sprinkled onions, divide into four pieces of an onion, add chopped onions, tomatoes and magaz, peanuts, cashew nuts in a pan and cook on a medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes, after cooking, filter in a steel jar.

Onion, Tomato and Magaz, Peanut after cooling chill, separate the onion, separate the tomatoes, grind and prepare the puree. Similarly, prepare the puree by grinding the Magaz, Peanut and Cashew together.

After this, cut off the cuttings at the site of the capsicum, remove the seed part, cut the capsicum into square pieces.
Similarly, peel one onion and divide it into four parts of an onion, take out the leaves one by one from the sliced ​​onion pieces. 

Now take a pan and heat it with a little oil, add a piece of cottage cheese and fry it till it becomes brown.

Similarly, fry capsicum pieces and onion leaves until lightly roasted.

Now put oil in the pan and heat it, when the oil is slightly warm then add whole garam masala and cumin seeds and fry till they are roasted.

After this, add chopped onions and fry them till they become medium brown.When the onions start to brown lightly, add chopped bari green chilies and fry for 20-30 seconds.

Now add garlic ginger paste and fry for 1 minute, immediately after it add onion puree and fry till it becomes medium brown.

When the onion puree turns medium brown, add the mix puree (magaz, peanut, cashew) and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, after that add the tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now add spices (red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala) to the gravy and mix it according to need by adding a little water and cook the gravy till the gravy starts leaving the oil.
