Today, we will learn how to make Paneer Bhurji dry & grevy rich in delicious taste of hotels and restaurants.

Ingredients for making Paneer Bhurji

Fresh Paneer - 200g - paneer recipe
Onions - 1/2 bowl - finely chopped
Tomatoes - 1/4 bowl - finely chopped
Garlic - 7-8 buds finely chopped or garlic ginger paste
Green chili - 1-2 chilies finely chopped
Coriander leaves - as required
Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Salt - as per taste
Shahi Paneer Masala - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Cooking Oil - 1/4 Donga Spoon - Soybean
One to two cups of normal water to make paneer bhurzi grevy
No water is required to make Paneer Bhurji dry.

How to make Paneer Bhurji

First of all, wash the cheese with clean water and mash it finely with hands.

Now take a bowl, add all the spices like red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala and add a little (1/2 cup) water and prepare the solution.

After this, take non stick kadhai or frypan, add cooking oil to it and heat it a little.

When the oil is slightly warm, add cumin seeds and fry till it becomes slightly brown.

When the cumin seeds start to turn light brown then add chopped onions and fry them till they turn light brown.

When the onions start to turn brown, add chopped garlic cloves or ginger garlic paste and cook for 30-40 seconds.

After this, add chopped tomatoes and fry for 1-2 minutes on low flame.

When the tomatoes are roasted, add the prepared spice solution and cook until the masala leaves the oil.

Now mix the mashed paneer and Shahi Paneer Masala (if you want to make Paneer Bhurji gravy yet, do not add Shahi Paneer Masala), mix it well with a spoon.

Now mix the paneer well with a spoon of canoe until the paneer starts to evaporate in the masala.

If you want to make Paneer Bhurji gravy, then add Shahi Paneer Masala immediately after boiling after adding 1-2 cups of water and cover the pan with lid and keep it for 1-2 minutes.

Now remove the lid from the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the oil starts to appear on the water, add more if water is needed.

Paneer bhurji dry masala and paneer bhurji (grevy) waterman masala is ready, add green coriander and serve it with hot chapati or.
