To make Tomato onion Raita, you can use yogurt of any brand company like curd like Amul / Saras / Dairy products or else read the recipe to make yogurt at home.

Ingredients for making Tomato onion Raita

Fresh Curd - 1 Bowl
Tomato - 1/2 cup - finely chopped
Onion - 1/2 portion - finely chopped
Green coriander - to decorate as per need
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tbsp
Black salt - 1/4 - half to half tbsp
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds - powdered
Red chili powder - 1/2 tbsp - If you
want to be spicy then leave it otherwise.

First, wash the chopped tomato onions with clean water and place them in a bowl.

After this, take the curd in a jug and whisk it with the ravayi until the curd becomes thin.

If the curd is thick, then add cold water and dilute the curd as per the need, do not add too much water to make the curd very thin.

Now mix the chaat masala, salt, black salt, and powdered cumin in the beaten yogurt and mix.

(If you want to spicy raita, add red chili powder as well)

After this, check the taste of curd. If salt is less then add more.

Now mix the chopped tomato onion with yogurt.
