To make the dough, take wheat flour in a bowl, take one kg of flour and then add half a teaspoon (tbsp) of salt.

Now mix dry flour by adding light water to the flour, similarly moisten all the dry flour by adding light water.

Now collect the wet flour together and after that punch the mixed wet flour with the closed fist of one hand.

If there is a need for water in the middle, then give lightly sprinkles of light water to the flour.

Likewise, keep all the flour collected, and knead the dough with the punch of a fist, likewise keep kneading the dough for at least 5 to 7 minutes.

The method of kneading the dough is that the dough should not be too wet nor too solid, so that the paratha does not crack when making the paratha, it is easy to make Chapati and it is made Fulfular.

When the dough is lumped, mix one spoon (tbsp) of oil in it and while kneading the dough, keep kneading the dough for 1 minute.  (You may not even use oil)

Now wet a clean white cloth with water and squeeze out all the water.

Now cover the wet cloth on the dough, leave the cloth covered for 5-10 minutes and use it when the flour is needed.

  • Raw milk - 200 grams
  • Water - around 200-300 grams
