Ingredients for yoghurt life


Milk - As required - Gold milk of Amul / Saras dairy / Dairy products
Buttermilk (Lassi) - 1/2 cup buttermilk in 500g milk
For setting curd - steel bhagoni / tapeli

Yogurt recipe

First of all take steel tapeli / bhagoni, take milk as per required and heat it till it boils.

When the milk comes to a boil, keep the milk to cool down.

When the milk becomes very cold (10% out of 100%) then put a finger in it and check if there is a slight burning sensation,then the milk is ready to Yogurt life.

Now take buttermilk (1/2 cup buttermilk in 500g) in the same way as you have taken to milk milk.

Now put the buttermilk in the milk, till it dissolves in the milk from the ravayi, then cover the milk with a mesh or lid and keep it in a place where the temperature is slightly warm.

Do not add more buttermilk to the milk than required, otherwise the curd may become sour.

If you do not have buttermilk, you can use curd, 2 tbsp in 500 grams (but if the curd is not sour enough, if the curd is too sour then use at least 1+1/2 tbsp of table spoon curd  Do it.
