Ingredients for making Tari Paneer

Fresh Paneer - 250 grams
Amul Fresh Cream - 1 cups
Peas - Desi Boiled or safal Readymade
Onion - 2 piece - finely chopped

Garlic - 5-6 Buds - grounded in Aman squad
Green Chili - 2 piece - Aman Squad

Tomato - 2 piece - finely chopped
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Red chili powder - 1-2 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp
Shahi Paneer Masala - around 1 tbsp
Butter - 1-2 tbsp - You can use desi ghee instead.
Oil - 1 big spoon - Soybean

How to make Tari wala paneer

First take a pan and heat oil by adding oil to it, when the oil becomes slightly warm then add cumin seeds and fry them till they become slightly brown.(Makhanwala paneer)

Now add chopped onion and fry it till it becomes slightly brown. When the onion starts to brown lightly, add grated onion and fry for 1 minute.

After this, add the crushed garlic in the Aman squad and fry it till it becomes brown.

After a while, add grated green chillies and fry for around 1 minute(Desi Matar Paneer)

When the garlic turns brown, add Chopped tomatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Now take a bowl, add spices (red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala) and prepare the solution by adding a little water.

Put the prepared spices solution in the pan and cook, if the spices start to dry, then add half a cup of water and cook.

When the spices start leaving the oil, then fill a bowl and add water and wait till it boils.(cupsicum paneer bhurzi)

When the water comes to a boil, add chopped cheese pieces, peas and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now add shahi paneer masala to the gravy and cover the pan with a lid and keep for 1 to 2 minutes, keep the flame on medium.

Next, add two spoons of butter, one cup of Amul Fresh Cream and cook for 1 minute.

Now after turning off the gas burner, add a pinch of asafoetida to the Tari wala paneer and cover it with a lid and leave it for 1 to 2 minutes.(Paneer bhurji)

Serve your Tari wala paneer by putting green coriander and serve it with hot chapati.
