Ingredients for making onion paratha

Onion - 5-6 piece - finely chopped
Green chili - 1-2 piece - finely chopped
Coriander leaves - finely chopped as required
Cumin powder or whole cumin - 1 tbsp. Around -https://amzn.to/2xX156w
Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Salt - as per taste
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp
Amul butter - onions to fry paratha
Dough - as required

You can use Soybean Cooking Oil instead of Amul Butter to fry the Onion Paratha.

Method of preparation for Onion Masala

Take a bowl, add chopped green chillies, green coriander with chopped onions and mix well.
Now add ground cumin powder or whole cumin, spices (red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, chaat masala) and mix well.

Now taste the onion spices and add more if the taste is less salt.

If you do not have chaat masala, you can also add nibu juice to the onion spices like - (at least 1 to 1½ tbsp in 2 paratha spices - tbsp)

Onion masala is ready to make onion paratha.

Recipe Onion Paratha

First of all, turn on the gas burner and keep the pan to heat, keeping the flame medium.

To roll out the dough, take a rolling pin
Now take a dough of medium size flour, spread the dough in a small size like a chapati with a rolling pin.

After this, fill the onion spices inside the Expanded dough but fill it as much as possible.

Now mix all the edges of the dough together, just make sure that the onion spices do not come out of the dough.

After mixing all the edges, place the dough lightly on both the sides using a  dry flour and roll the dough

Roll out the rolled dough into a paratha larger than the size of a round chapati.

If you read the need of dry flour while rolling, keep applying, but do not use too much dry flour.

When the griddle gets medium hot, sprinkle the cooking oil or butter over a small pan

When the paratha is ready in round shape, then put it on the pan and fry it.

When the onion paratha turns brown roasted on both the sides, fry the paratha on both the sides by applying Amul butter / cooking oil.

When both the parathas are fried, serve hot onion paratha with green spices, mango pickle, garnished in a plate with spiced, curd or raita.

You can add boiled potatoes to the onion, if necessary, but mix in such a way. If you have cut two onions completely, add boiled potatoes, add some spices (chaat masala, salt cumin,  Garam masala, green chilli, red chilli) If you lack.

If you want to taste garlic flavor in onion paratha then you can mix finely chopped garlic with onion paratha but in this way if you have taken 5-6 pieces of chopped onions, then cut 3-4 garlic finely  You can take Hui Kalia, you can also mix garlic with potato mix onions.
