Ingredients for making Fruits Raita

Fresh curd - 1 bowl
Dry fruits - 20-30 grams - grated
  • Pineapple - 1/4 bowl - finely chopped
  • Apple - 1/4 bowl - peeled and finely chopped
  • Pomegranate - 1/4 Bowl - Pomegranate seeds
  • Banana - 1/4 Bowl - Grated
  • Papaya - 1/4 bowl - peeled and finely chopped
Sugar - 2-3 tbsp - Suger Powder is not. Use sugar.
Tapi Tooty Fruity - to decorate as needed - (if not, let it be)
Cherry Fruits - 1-2 Piss - Finely Chopped - (If not, let it be)

To make Fruits Raita, first wash all the cut fruits with clean water and keep them in a bowl.

After this, add sugar powder or sugar with curd in a jug and beat it with ravai till the curd becomes thin.

If the curd is thick enough, dilute the curd by adding water according to the required light, do not add enough water to make buttermilk (lassi).

When the curd becomes thin.check its taste.If the sugar is less then add more as required.

Now add chopped fruits, grated dry fruits and grated bananas and mix.

If you want to make Fruits Raita Namkeen Chatpata Khat Sweet Raita, then you can use salt or rock salt / black salt as per taste.

Fruits Raita is ready and garnish with Pomegranate seeds, tapi Tooty Fruity and Cherry Fruits.
