Method of kneading wheat flour

Take a bowl and according to your requirement take wheat flour in it.

Now add salt to the flour and mix well, after that knead dry flour by adding light water.

When the dry flour is mixed with water, knead the mixed flour for at least 5 to 10 minutes.

The way to knead the dough for the paratha is to knead the dough in such a way that the dough is not too wet or too solid to make the dough medium.

After kneading the dough, soak 5-7 minutes of white cotton cloth and squeeze it well and keep it covered over the dough.

When the dough is needed, remove the cloth and knead the dough again for a few minutes.

Ingredients for making cabbage paratha

Cauliflower - 2 Bowl - Grated
Green chili - 2-3 pieces - finely chopped
Coriander leaves - finely chopped as required
Onion - 1-2 pieces finely chopped
Cumin powder or whole cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp
Garlic Cloves - 5-6 pieces chopped or Grated
salt to taste
Cooking oil - to fry paratha as required
You can use butter instead of cooking oil.

(You can use finely chopped cabbage in place of cauliflower - 2 bowls)

How to make Cabbage Paratha Masala

 If you have taken cauliflower, then squeeze in the fist of your hand and drain the water.

First take a bowl, take Grated Cauliflower or finely chopped Cabbage.

Now add cabbage / cauliflower, grated or finely chopped, add chopped onion, green chillies, green coriander and finely chopped / ground garlic and mix well.

After mixing, add cumin powder or whole cumin, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala and mix well.

Now if the taste of cabbage spices tastes less then add more salt, if you like to eat spicy then add red chili powder or finely chopped green chili.

Cauliflower masala is ready, if you want to bring a spicy taste to the paratha then mix 1-2 tbsp of lemon juice.

First take a medium sized dough dough.

With the help of a rolling pin, roll the dough ball lightly and make it long.

Now put the prepared cabbage spices on the dough, keep the spices as much as possible, now mix the four sides of the dough together.

Now mix the edges of the dough together with the stuffed cabbage masala and add it together, now mix both the sites in the dry flour and place the dough on the chakla and press it lightly.

Now make a long shaped paratha from the chapati.If you need dry flour in the middle, apply dry flour to both sites

Now heat the griddle by turning on the gas burner, when the griddle is medium hot then sprinkle oil on a small griddle (you can use Amul butter instead of oil)

Then put the prepared cauliflower parantha on the pan and fry both the sites till they turn brown.

When both the sites of cabbage parantha are roasted, then fry both the sites of cabbage parantha by applying light butter or oil.

When both the sites of cabbage parantha are fried, serve it in a plate with hot curd or raita, or with green chutney and mango pickle.
