A wonderfully delicious dish can be prepared by mixing it with green vegetables and Chinese sauce.
Or, know how to make fried rice at home, a Chinese dish can be prepared by mixing sausages and green vegetables with boiled rice.

If you have leftover boiled rice ready then it is fine otherwise you can use Golden Rice to make fried rice.

Method of boiling rice

Heat the water in a steel patila vessel or aluminum patila vessel.According to at least one or two plates.

Now put 1 tbsp of salt and 2-3 tbsp of oil in that water and heat it till it boils.

When the water comes to a boil,add 1-2 bowls of rice and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

After cooking the rice, sieve it in a steel jar,add normal water to the rice and cool it.Now keep the rice mixed with oil.
Boiled rice is ready to make fried rice.

Use green vegetables washed in clean water?

Veg Ingredients For Making Fried Rice

  • Rice - 1 plate - boiled
  • Cabbage - 1/2 bowl - finely chopped
  • Capsicum - 1/4 bowl - finely chopped
  • Onions - 1/4 bowl - finely chopped
  • Carrot - 1/2 bowl - finely chopped - if not
  • Peas - 1/2 Bowl - Desi peas boiled or readymade
  • Garlic - 5-7 buds finely chopped or garlic ginger paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli - 1-2 piss - Finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves - as required
  • Green onion leaves - as required - if you have available then it is not necessary otherwise.

Sauce Ingredients for Fried Rice

  • Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilli Sauce - 1 + ½ tbsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1/2 tbsp
  • Vennigar - 1 tbsp
  • White pepper - 1/4 tbsp
  • Black Pepper - A Pinch
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mono sodium glutamate - 1 tbsp
  • Schezwan chuttany - 1/2 tbsp - Read the recipe of Schezwan-chuttany
  • Cooking Oil - ¼ big spoon

Method of preparation of fried rice

First take Chinese frypan and non strike Embroidery put cooking oil in it and heat it slightly.

Now add chopped cabbage,capsicum,
onions,carrots and peas and fry for 1-2 minutes on medium flame.

After this,add finely chopped garlic cloves or ginger garlic paste and green chilli Chopped and fry for 1 minute.
After this,add schezwan-chuttany and mix well and fry for 30 to 40 seconds.

Now add boiled rice and mix well,after adding vennigar,soya sauce,salt,mono sodium glutamate,white pepper and black pepper,stir continuously with a spoon for 1 to 2 minutes and cook on medium flame.

After this,add red chilli sauce,green chilli sauce,tomato sauce and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until the rice starts to steam.
But keep stirring with a spoon.

Now take out in a plate or bowl and garnish with green coriander and green onion leaves and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
