Vegetable Chowmin Recipe | Method of Boiling Noodles for Chowmin

Take aluminum pan or bagona,heat water as required.
After boiling in water, add one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of oil (soybean), if desired,you can add salt and oil even before boiling.

  • Sodium glutamate - 1 table spoon
  • Salt - 1/4 table spoon or as per taste
  • White paper and black paper both 1/2 + 1/2 table spoon
  • Oil (soybean) - 3 tbsp.
  • Schezwan Chuttany - 1/2 Tablespoon

Vegetable chowmein recipe

First take a Chinese frypan or take an aluminum embroidery.

Put oil in it and heat it a little. When it gets hot, add chopped vegetables like cabbage, capsicum, onions, carrots and cook for one minute and keep stirring with a spoon.

Now add Schezwan-chuttany and mix well and cook for a few seconds.

Now add boiled noodles and add soya sauce, vanigar, sodium glutamate, salt, white paper and black paper, mix well and keep stirring with a spoon so that it does not stick to the bottom. After cooking 20 to 30 seconds, add red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce, mix well and keep stirring so that it does not stick to the bottom until the noodles start to steam.
