Ingredients to make Schezwan Souce

Schezwan chuttany is used to make any recipe spicy but at the same time it tastes delicious.
  • Red chili (whole) - 250 grams
  • Garlic - 100 grams - ground or paste
  • Ginger - 50 grams - ground or paste
  • Salt - 2 to 3 teaspoons (table spoon) according to the dialogue
  • Black salt - 1 to 2 teaspoons (table spoon)
  • Cumin seeds - two teaspoons (table spoon)
  • Oil - 250 grams - for tempering
  • Whole garam masala - 1/4 cup

Method of boiling red chillies

Boil the whole red chillies over the gas oven for at least an hour or two.

After the whole red chilli is boiled, place it on the site to cool down.

Schezwan Souce Recipe

First of all take an aluminum clove and put oil in it and heat it.

Then add the tempering of cumin and whole garam masala, fry lightly, then add garlic and ginger paste to it and fry till it is roasted.

Now put the whole red chilli paste in it and stir with the help of a spoon.

When the paste starts flapping, cover it and reduce the gas to low heat.

Now let it cook at least till it leaves the oil.

When cooked, add both salt to it and mix well.
