  • Pizza Pasta Sauce - 5 Table spoon
  • Moyonnaise - 3 teaspoons
  • Cooking oil - 3 table spoon
  • Chilli flakes - 1/2 table spoon
  • Oregano - 1/4 table spoon
  • Red Chilli Sauce - 2 Tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce - 2-3 table spoon
  • White Vinegar - 1 Tablespoon
  • monosodium glutamate - 1 Table spoon
  • White paper - 1/4 table spoon
  • Black paper - 1/4 Table spoon
  • Salt - 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Color - a pinch ( If you want to bring color, don't use it, then leave it )
  • Sejwan chattny - 1/2 table spoon

Red Sauce Pasta Recipe

First take frypan or embroidery and add cooking oil and heat it.

When the oil is hot, add capsicum and onione cutting, add sweet corn and fry for 1 minute.

Then add chopped garlic or paste and fry for 30 to 40 seconds
After this, add Sejwan chuttney and mix well and cook for 10 to 20 seconds, keep the gas flame low.

After this, add 2 cups of water, Pizza Pasta Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, Tomato Sauce, White Vinegar, Chilli flakes and Origano, mix well and keep the flame on medium.

After this, add white paper, black paper, monosodium glutamate and salt and mix and cook well for 1 minute.

After this,add the mayonnaise and mix it well so that the mayonnaise mixes well in the gravy.

Now add color to it ( take a bowl,add a pinch of color to it,add a little water and mix it )
Now add boiled pasta and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and keep stirring with a spoon but with light hands so that the pasta does not break.

Red sauce pasta is ready,serve it hot in a bowl.
