What materials do we need to make pavbhaji at home?

Potato boiling method

Take 250 grams of potato, without being peeled or peeled.
Take the cooker, add potatoes and boil by adding half a liter of water.
Take 3 whistles on medium flame.

Material for making pav bhaji

  • Potato - 250g - Boiled
  • Tomato - 2 pics
  • Onione - 1 pics - finely chopped
  • Cabbage - 1/4 bowl - finely chopped
  • Capsicum - 1/4 bowl - finely chopped
  • Green Chili - 2-3 pics
  • Coriander leaves - as required
  • Garlic Ginger Paste - 2 tbsp
  • Peas - 1/2 bowl - ( green peas )
  • Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Badshah Mumbai Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
  • White paper - 1/4 tbsp
  • Oil - 1 big spoon

How to make Pav Bhaji Masala

First take a jar of mixi, grind tomatoes and green chilies in it, together you can also grind peas if you want.

Now take the bhaji griddle and add cooking oil and heat it, when the oil gets hot, add cumin seeds and fry it.

When the cumin seeds turn light brown, add chopped onions and cook until they turn brown.

When the onion turns brown, add chopped cabbage and capsicum and fry it for 1 minute, on low flame

After this add garlic ginger paste and keep stirring with a spoon until the gingar garlic paste turns brown.

After this add powdered tomato, green chilli paste and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

After this add all the spices (red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, pavbhaji masala) and add a little water to the masala and cook the masala for 2 to 3 minutes, when the masala is cooked it will release the oil

Now mix the boiled potatoes, add a little water, press the potato with the steel messer and make the ragda.

If you have not grinded peas, then put potatoes in it and press it with a steel messer to make a ragda.

When the potato masala is pressed with steel maser, it does not become a ragda.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame.

Now check the salt, if less then add more as needed.
Bhaji is ready, take it out in a bowl. You can take the pov according to yourself.

Now to heat the pav, clean the pan and add butter or oil and heat it slightly.
Cut the loaf in the middle with a knife, but do not cut it slightly.

Now heat the loaf well on the pan, so that it does not become soft on all four sides.
Similarly heat other pavs as well.

If you want, you can also add butter to the bhaji as per your requirement or you can use butter instead of oil in the tempering.
