Ingredients for making Gulab Jamun Recipe

  • Fika Mawa - 500 grams
  • Refined flour - 50 grams - (may be needed later, keep in advance)
  • Baking Powder - 10 grams
  • Cooking oil or desi ghee - 1 kg - gulab jamun for frying
  • Sugar - 500 grams - for making sugar syrup
  • Pure water - 300 - 400 grams - for making syrup
Impodent notice: - If you want Gulab Jamun to make it less then follow the below ingredients. 
  • Fade Mawa - 300 grams
  • Refined flour - 30 grams (may be needed later, keep in advance)
  • Baking Powder - 5 grams
  • Cooking Oil or Desi Ghee - 500 grams - Gulab Jamun for frying
  • Sugar - 300 grams - for making sugar syrup
  • Pure water - 150 to 200 grams - for making in sugar syrup

Gulab Jamun Recipe

First of all take the fikka mawa in a bowl, mash it with hands and make fine.

Now add maida (sifted with sieve) and baking powder and mix it well by rubbing with hands for at least 5 to 7 minutes, after this,adopt mawa like flour, then cover it with a plate.3 minutes

Now take a pan or take bhagoni and heat it by adding water, add sugar as well.
Now keep stirring the sugar water with a Spoon, boil until two wire syrup is formed, keep the flame medium.
It may take 10 to 15 minutes to make at least two wire syrup.

After this,take aluminum embroidery and put cooking oil or desi ghee in it and heat it on medium flame.
After this, prepare small balls (berries) of mawa flour.

When the oil or ghee is medium hot, add one to two mava balls of berries prepared in it and check that if the mawa bullets are not bursting, if they are bursting, then add a little maida flour to the flour.

Then fry the mawa pills until they turn brown. After this, dip the prepared mawa pills (berries) in the sugar syrup and keep it.

Likewise fry the other mawa pills (berries) and keep them immersed in sugar syrup.

Gulab Jamun dessert prepared by you is ready, serve it hot in a plate.
