Make Red Sauce Pasta at Home without Pizza Pasta Sauce

In the last blog post,I learned how to make red sauce pasta at hotels and restaurants at home,how you can make red sauce pasta at home in a normal way today, that too without pizza pasta sauce,let's start friends.

What ingredients do we need to make red sauce pasta in a normal way?

Ingredients for making red sauce pasta

  • Pasta - 1 Bowl
  • Red Tomatoes - 5-6 pics
  • Garlic - 8-9 buds - finely chopped
  • Capsicum - 1/2 bowl - finely chopped - into a thick size
  • Onion - 1 pics - finely chopped into a thick size
  • Red chili powder - 1 tbsp 
  • salt -  to taste
  • White paper - 1/2 tbsp
  • Black paper - 1/2 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp
  • Vennigar - 1 to 2 tbsp or lemon - 1-2 pics
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • soyabean - 2 tbsp

Pasta boiling method

First take an aluminum bhagoni, boil a plate of pasta in it, take as much water, heat it, add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons oil ( soyabean ) to the water, after boiling add raw pasta and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes.

The way to check pasta is to cut the of any boiled pasta with a knife. If the pasta white line is visible from inside,then the pasta is raw.

Red Sauce Pasta Recipe

First of all, take a glass of water in tomatoes to boil for 10 to 15 minutes or else boil the pressure cooker till three sittis come in, adopt the method which seems easy.

When the tomatoes are cooked, place the jar (sieve) in a pot, and add the tomatoes,as the water left over from boiling is to be used later. 

Now remove the top layer of tomatoes and keep them to cool,when the tomatoes get cold, grind them in a jar of grinder,very fine. 

After that, put olive oil in the pan and heat it. When it gets slightly hot, add chopped garlic,onion and capsicum and cook it for 1 minute on low gas and keep stirring with a spoon.

Now add ground tomato paste, spices ( red chilli powder,salt,white paper,black paper ) add the remaining boiled water and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes.

After this, when the tomato gravy starts leaving the oil,then add other ingredients like vanigar,tomato sauce, red chilli sauce and mix it well,after that cook the gravy for 4 to 5 minutes more.

After this, check the salt if the salt is less then add more according to taste.

After this, add boiled pasta and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, after which your red sauce pasta is ready, serve hot hot.

You can also serve it by adding Mayonnaise or Amul cheese.Or serve hot with tomato sauce.
