Ingredients for Potato Masala

  • Potatoes - 1-2 pics - boiled
  • Onione - 1/2 piece - finely chopped

  • Green chili - 1 piece - ground
  • Garlic and ginger paste - 1/2 table spoon
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 table spoon 
  • salt - to taste
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 table spoon
  • Oil - 2 Tablespoons - Soybeans

How to make Potato Masala

First of all take frypan, add cooking oil and heat it a little bit.

After that keep the flame low and add Chopped onion and capsicum and cook for a few seconds
Do not brown the capsicum and onion.

After this, add ginger garlic paste and green Chili paste, roast for 5 to 7 seconds and add Chopped tomatoes and let it cook for a few seconds (15 to 20 seconds).

After that add spices (red chilli powder, salt, garam masala) and cook for 10 to 15 seconds after that turn off the gas burner.
Now mix the boiled potato (without peel) in it
If you want to make the spices more spicy then add 1 teaspoon or chilli garlic sauce to it.
Potato masala is ready to make club sandwich, if it is prepared in another way, you can follow it instead, but for that you will have to buy potato tikki from the market.

  • Capsicum, Onione, Tomato - 1 Bowl - finely Chopped 
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Oil for frying potato tikki - as required
  • Chilli garlic sauce - 1  table spoon

How to make potato masala

First take frypan or kadhai and put oil in it and heat it.
Add potato tikki and fry till it becomes brown.
Add potato tikki and fry till it becomes brown.
Take a bowl,crush the fried potato tikki in it,add onione,tomato and capsicum cuttings and mix it well.
Now mix chilli garlic sauce and salt as per taste and mix it.
Similarly, both potato masala recipe is ready, you can use it as you like.

  • Jambo bread - 3 pics
  • Amul Butter - 3 teble spoon
  • moyonnaise - 1/2 bowl
  • Cheese - 1/4 Bowl - Blended or Cheese Blend
  • White paper - a pinch
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Cabbage - 1/2 bowl - finely chopped
  • Capsicum - 1/4 bowl - finely chopped
  • Cucumber - 1/4 bowl - finely Chopped - (with or without peel)
  • Tomato - 1/4 bowl - finely chopped (cut into seeds)
  • Onione - 1/4 bowl - finely chopped

How to make Club sandwich

First take a bowl,add all the chopped green vegetables (cabbage,tomatoes,cucumber , Onione,capsicum) and mix it well by adding moyonnaise,Cheese,white paper and salt.

Take a bread, put a little butter on it, and roast it by placing the bread in the griller.
Spread the prepared potato masala on the other bread, on the whole bread
Now place the roasted bread on it.

Now spread the prepared spices on the roasted bread and put the third bread on it.

Now place the prepared club Sandwich (place it on the grill and roast it on the gas Stove) or turn on the grill and place the Club Sandwich in it and roast it.

When the club sandwich is roasted, cut it with a knife into four

Serve hot with hot tomato sauce.
