  • Green Chilli Sauce - 2 Tablespoons
  • Tomato sauce - 1 + 1/2 table spoon
  • Vennigar - 1/2 - Table Spoon
  • Soy Sauce - 1/2 - half table spoon
  • Ajina maton - 1/2 table spoon
  • Salt - 1/4 table spoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teble spoon
  • White pepper - 1/4 teble spoon
  • Color (Red and Orange).
  • Maida - 1 bowl
  • Corn floor - 1/2 bowl
  • Oil - for frying fritters

First of all, we will squeeze the grated cabbage and carrot with both hands and remove its water.

Now we will mix chopped cabbage and
capsicum, grated cabbage and carrots, chopped green chillies in a canoe.

After mixing it well, add red chilli, green chilli, soy sauce, vanigar, tomato sauce, ajina maton, black paper, white paper, salt and mix all the sauces.
Now we will add maida and con plour to it and glue it like flour.

Now we will prepare small balls of this flour, with the help of hands.
Heat oil in a pan.

  • Cabbage - 1 bowl finely chopped
  • Green chili - finely chopped 1/2 bowl
  • Onione - finely chopped 1 piece
  • Green chili - 1 piece finely chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 table - spoon or finely chopped 4-5 garlic buds and a small piece of ginger finely chopped
  • Red chilli sauce - 2 table spoon
  • Green chilli sauce - 1 teble Spoon
  • Tometo Sauce - 3 tablespoon
  • Soya Sauce 1/2 table spoon
  • Venigar - 1 table spoon
  • Oil - soybean - 1 tea spoon
  • Sejwan chutney - 1/2 table spoon
  • Color - red orange - a pinch (take color in a bowl and prepare a batter by adding a little water).
  • Corn floor - 1 Table spoon (Prepare the batter by mixing corn floor in a bowl with a little water.)

Manchurian dry and gravy recipe

Get Chinese Friban or Aluminum Embroidery

Add oil to it and heat it slightly.

When hot,add finely chopped ginger and garlic. (If ginger is a paste of garlic, leave it.)

Now add finely chopped cabbage, capsicum, onion and fry it for 1 minute.

After this, you have to add ginger garlic paste, if you have added ginger garlic cuttings, then let it sit and add sejwan chutney and cook for 20-30 seconds.

Now add red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, venigar, tometo sauce to it.Add ajino moton, salt, white paper or black paper together.

Add a little food color solution, just to bring color, if you do not want the color, then leave it.

Now add half a spoon of water to it
If you want to keep the gravy, then add a canoe spoon of water to it.  And cook.

Now add prepared Manchurian Fritters and Cook for at least one to two minutes.
