Ingredients for making Bundi

  • Gram flour - 100 grams - fine size
  • Oil - as required - to fry the boondi
  • Water - as required
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon or as per taste
  • Red chilli powder - as required - if you want to marinate the boondi, then you can mix it or not.

How to make Bundi (Gram Flour)

First take an aluminum pan and heat it by adding oil.

Now take a bowl, filter the gram flour and put it in the bowl.add salt and (if you want to make plain boondi.leave red chili powder, if you want to make masala boondi.add red chili powder) and mix

Now mix the gram flour solution with one hand by adding light water.

Keep in mind that there is no grease in the gram flour, so prepare as much batter as you can by adding water as you rotate the gram flour with a sharp hand.

Now take a drip jar from the oil, when the oil is medium hot.

Now keep the jar on top of the oil and pour the prepared batter of gram flour lightly,remove the boondi by shaking the jar with one hand, when the boondi turns brown,take it out in a plate.

Similarly, take out the boondi of other gram flour solution, the boondi is ready to make boondi raita.
