Tandoori pizza souce meterial

  •  Curd - 4 tsp
  •  Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
  •  Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  •  Celery - 1/2 tsp - celery powder
  •  Garam Masala Powder or Tandoori Masala - 1/2 tsp
  •  Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  •  Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
  •  Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
  •  Salt - as per taste
  •  Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  •  Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

Take a steel bowl first.

Put curd in it and beat it well with a spoon when the curd becomes thin like lassi.

Now add all the ingredients like (celery powder, garam masala powder or tandoori masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, nibu juice or nibu chhat (tattery), chaat masala)  Mix well.

Keep covered for at least fifteen minutes.  After that you can use it in any recipe.

  • Curd - 5 small bowls
  • Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon - Tablespoon
  • Synthetic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons - table spoon
  • Mineral Salt - 1/2 teaspoon - table spoon
  • Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon - table spoon
  • Tandoori Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon - Tablespoon
  • Bleak salt - 1/2 teaspoon - table spoon
  • White salt - 1/2 teaspoon - table spoon
  • Kasturi Methi - 1 teaspoon - Tablespoon
  • Dengue red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon - table spoon
  • turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon - table spoon
  • Coriander Powder - Powder - 1 teaspoon - Tablespoon
  • Platter Tomato Paste - 1 teaspoon - Tablespoon
  • Refined soyabean oil - 4 tablespoons table spoon
  • Sugar -powder - spoon - table spoon
  • Garlic paste - 2 tablespoons - table spoon
  • Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon - table spoon

tandoori chicken masala recipe

First take a bowl and add curd to it.

Now take another bowl, add all the spices like (Dengue red chilli powder.turmeric powder. Coriander Powder. White salt. Bleak salt.Mineral Salt. Tandoori Masala Powder. Garam Masala Powder. Chat Masala.)  Mix with

Now add (Synthetic Vinegar.Platter Tomato Paste. Sugar.) To the yogurt bowl and mix well.

When the masala gravy is cold, mix it in a bowl of curd and whisk well until all the masala in the curd gets melted inside the curd.
Now your tandoori paste is ready, you should not keep it in the fridge nor in the sun, keep it in a cool place so that you can use it for at least three days.
